Corrections and questions are genuinely welcome. We read everything, though we cannot always reply quickly.
What to write about
- Corrections. If something on this site is inaccurate, tell us which page and what is wrong. We would rather fix it than leave it.
- Suggestions. If there is a beginner question we have not covered, it is likely others have it too.
- Orders and deliveries. Products are sold and shipped through Amazon, so order status, returns and delivery are handled there. Amazon's customer service will resolve those far faster than we can.
- The mobile Quran experience. If something is not working at qrn.ist, describe the device and browser you were using.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to answer religious questions or give rulings. For those, a qualified local teacher, imam or scholar is the right person to ask, and will be able to take your specific situation into account in a way that an email cannot.
